About the role

S.I. Goldman Company is seeking two Mechanical Project Foremen to lead commercial mechanical construction projects across Central Florida. Based in Orlando, the foremen will oversee field crews, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead field crews and manage daily jobsite operations.
• Read and build from plans and specifications.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Track labor, materials, and job progress.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical or pipefitting experience.
• Foreman or leadership experience in mechanical construction.
• Knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tablet or computer.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
