Master Plumber – Residential Service & Apprentice Training

About the role

We are looking for a Master Plumber to join our growing residential service team in Austin. The role combines hands‑on plumbing work with training and mentoring of an Apprentice plumber, supporting our mission to deliver white‑glove service to homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a company‑provided van with an apprentice to respond to residential service calls, using Service Titan on an iPad.
• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, inspections and site visits, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with HVAC and electrical technicians on multidisciplinary jobs.
• Coach and train the apprentice through ride‑alongs, technical instruction and on‑the‑job guidance.
• Present options to customers and help them choose the best solution for their home and family.

Required profile

• Valid Tradesman Plumbing License and a valid driver’s license.
• Proven residential plumbing experience and familiarity with Service Titan.
• Clean drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to share best practices and contribute to the growth of the plumbing team.

Required skills

• Service Titan software operation.
• Residential plumbing techniques and use of power tools.
• Safe operation of a company van and related equipment.
