About the role

Join Nestlé USA’s Center for Demand Generation as a Marketing Manager focused on Strategy & Operations. You will translate enterprise‑wide marketing priorities into actionable plans, drive alignment across functions, and help shape the future of the marketing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead One Marketing and CDG operating routines, set priorities, and maintain the execution rhythm needed for enterprise initiatives.
• Drive Trust & Transparency implementation by partnering with technical experts, creating playbooks, and communicating progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify capability gaps and work with Learning & Development to deliver tools, training, and enablement solutions that scale across the marketing function.
• Support brand and business planning by converting strategic priorities into clear, cross‑functional action plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business training preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, commercial strategy, business operations, or management consulting, preferably in a CPG or similarly complex, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and to manage ambiguity in fast‑paced environments.
