Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Marketing Manager at Balance, you will translate strategy into execution across campaigns, content, and product storytelling. Working closely with the VP of Marketing and cross‑functional teams, you will own day‑to‑day initiatives that drive awareness, pipeline and product adoption for finance and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage high‑quality marketing content such as landing pages, blogs and reports.
• Develop and optimise social‑media content that reinforces product positioning and builds brand credibility.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation to launch campaign assets that drive pipeline.
• Own and continuously improve the website as a core growth channel, testing messaging, layouts and using data/AI tools.
• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns across the funnel, optimising for engagement and conversion.
• Lead end‑to‑end field‑marketing and event execution, partnering with sales to maximise pipeline generation.
• Measure and report on event performance and ROI.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS or high‑growth startups.
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to take ideas from concept to launch quickly.
• Self‑starter with ownership mindset, able to identify gaps, set direction and execute independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native‑level English.
• Experience owning or supporting field‑marketing and event programmes.

Required skills

• High fluency with generative AI marketing tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and similar platforms.
