Marketing Designer (Part-Time)

About the role

Farsight AI is building an agentic AI platform for financial services. We are looking for a part‑time Marketing Designer to help translate our new brand identity into compelling visual assets across sales, marketing and events.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh existing one‑pagers, decks, email templates and LinkedIn assets to match the new brand.
• Create sales collateral such as pitch decks, case studies and one‑page overviews.
• Design and build HubSpot email campaigns and reusable templates.
• Produce LinkedIn and campaign graphics, both static and motion.
• Develop event and trade‑show materials including booth graphics, banners, signage and printed leave‑behinds.
• Craft short product videos – from scripting to screen capture, editing and audio.
• Build reusable design templates for internal teams.
• Provide feedback on briefs and suggest alternative creative angles.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or brand design, preferably with AI or startup environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, composition and storytelling with a premium visual style.
• Comfort with print and large‑format production, adhering to printer specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, meet tight deadlines and work with minimal direction.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Figma.
• Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Canva.
• HubSpot email platform.
• Screen‑recording tools such as Screen Studio, CleanShot or Loom.
• Use of AI tools in design workflows.
