Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Marketing Associate to support AAM Living’s marketing leadership team. This remote, full‑time position will help drive lead acquisition, campaign execution, reporting, social media, and reputation management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Lead, Manager and Growth Marketer with campaign setup, tracking, follow‑up and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, content and materials for campaign planning and execution.
• Prepare pitch decks, presentations, marketing reports and performance updates.
• Track marketing expenses, advertising spend and budgets to keep information accurate.
• Support social‑media scheduling, publishing, community engagement and respond to comments.
• Monitor online reviews and coordinate timely responses.
• Maintain marketing trackers, calendars, project timelines and follow‑up lists.
• Collaborate with onsite property teams and internal stakeholders to gather content and data for campaigns.
• Assist with paid advertising on Meta and Google Ads, and create basic designs using Canva.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with numbers, tracking expenses and preparing basic reports.
• Excellent written communication for reports, presentations and social‑media copy.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
