About the role
Google is looking for a Marketing Analyst focused on Search Marketing to lead measurement and analytics programs that quantify the incremental impact of marketing on product growth. You will work across teams and locations, translating data into actionable insights that improve campaign effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute statistical tests, experiments, and hypothesis‑driven analyses to measure marketing performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors, define milestones, prioritize tasks, and manage projects to completion.
- Apply marketing mix modeling, performance incrementality, and geo‑experiment techniques to guide media planning.
- Extract, manipulate, and query large data sets using Python, R, SQL, or Hadoop.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing analysis using statistical techniques.
- Experience in digital marketing measurement, marketing mix modeling, or performance incrementality experiments.
- Proven ability to present research findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
