Market Access Consultant

About the role

Evidence Solutions is seeking motivated Market Access Consultants to join its global healthcare consultancy. In this role you will support clients across the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors by delivering research‑driven insights on distribution, pricing, contracting and formulary inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver client outputs across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as the content expert, synthesising insights from primary and secondary research.
• Conduct independent desk‑based research using internal and external sources.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to formulate recommendations.
• Prepare and present polished PowerPoint deliverables for internal and client meetings.
• Support business development, practice development and mentorship activities.
• Manage work streams, define research methodologies and lead primary research activities.
• Own client interactions, including weekly status updates and project deliverable presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in consulting or related business analytics/strategy within the healthcare space.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow rapidly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint).
