Manager – CX (Accounting & Finance)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager – CX to lead client engagements in a fast‑paced consulting environment. You will provide hands‑on accounting and finance expertise, drive operational improvements, and build strong, lasting relationships with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee interim controller duties, including month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Lead general ledger management, consolidations, and external reporting (10‑Q, 10‑K).
• Research and apply accounting guidance for stock‑based compensation, equity transactions, and impairments.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and detailed financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Manage internal audit engagements, ensure SOX compliance, and strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred).
• CPA or equivalent certification highly valued.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally a mix of Big Four/public accounting and industry.
• 2+ years of team leadership and complex project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
