Manager, Customer Collaboration

About the role

As a Manager, Customer Collaboration you will own the agenda that connects Mondeléz International with its key customers. You will drive value, improve service levels and increase supply‑chain efficiency while providing a single point of accountability and transparency for customer performance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional communication among sales, logistics, demand planning, product supply and external partners.
• Achieve KPI targets such as customer service, invoice accuracy, overdue payments and deductions through robust process implementation.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team, coaching members to execute the business agenda and grow within the organization.
• Execute account‑specific initiatives to improve replenishment, availability and joint value‑creation projects.
• Deliver enhanced service by implementing customer supply‑chain improvement initiatives and cultivating deep customer relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Sales.
• 2+ years of experience with Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR).
• Proven experience in Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) and cross‑functional environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

What we offer

• Base salary range $109,000 – $149,875 per year (dependent on experience, skills, education and location).
