Manager - Client Analytics Services

About the role

Crossix sits at the intersection of big data, innovative technology, media, and life sciences. The manager will empower life‑sciences companies by delivering data‑driven insights that improve DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness and patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Inform and advise on life‑sciences marketing decisions using the Crossix Data Platform and products, and lead insight delivery to clients.
• Act as the quarterback for internal teams on assigned accounts to ensure successful customer engagement.
• Apply analytical thinking, storyboarding and insight interpretation to client data.
• Manage projects, maintain a results‑driven mindset, and navigate obstacles by re‑prioritizing work.
• Represent the team independently in client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and clients, serving as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• 5+ years in an analytical role.
• 3+ years of client‑facing experience.
• Proven experience managing projects.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability to identify issues before they become problems.
