Maintenance Technician – Vale at the Alcove

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of the Vale at the Alcove community—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—are clean, safe, functional, and meet Greystar’s standards. This full‑time, onsite position supports resident satisfaction through timely repairs and preventative maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests by diagnosing issues and completing repairs in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future breakdowns.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for turnover units, ensuring each unit is prepared for new residents.
• Maintain accurate work order records and update status in property management software.
• Provide weekend coverage as required by the Thursday‑Monday schedule.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Familiarity with Happy Co. (preferred).
