Maintenance Technician – The Victor Property

About the role

The Victor community is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for safety, cleanliness and functionality. You will work directly with residents and vendors to deliver prompt, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins through the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and coordinate external service providers.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections and preventative tasks on building equipment.

Required profile

• Proven ability to safely use hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair and basic plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
