Maintenance Technician – The Mix at CTR City

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical components of The Mix at CTR City – a stabilized residential community of 276 units – are clean, safe, functional and meet Greystar’s standards. Working on‑site in Anaheim, you will respond to resident requests, perform preventative maintenance and prepare vacant apartments for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and from the property management system.
• Diagnose defects, perform repairs, and follow safety, policy and code requirements.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks on building systems, grounds and common‑area amenities.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process to ready vacant units for new tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed in the Entrata or other PMS platform.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to work Tuesday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm, with flexibility for business needs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Entrata or other property management software (PMS).
