About the role
This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors/contractors, and preparing units for new move‑ins.
