About the role
Greystar’s Aspira community in Seattle is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role involves hands‑on technical work and delivering excellent customer service to residents.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of units, common areas, and equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate work orders and documentation of completed tasks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work a schedule with Sundays and Mondays off.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
