Maintenance Technician – Aspen Ridge

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of the Aspen Ridge property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position works Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing them in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections and necessary repairs to prepare apartments for new tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in property or building maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and follow established safety and procedural guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of property appearance and functionality.
