Maintenance Supervisor – Yardly Waterset

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technical and mechanical work across the Yardly Waterset community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This role combines hands‑on repairs with coordination of vendors and preventative maintenance programs.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with safety codes and company policies.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor scheduling, supply procurement and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance of grounds, building exteriors, signage, parking areas and other common spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Execute monthly preventative‑maintenance tasks as defined in the policy manual.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multi‑unit residential settings.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, inspection reports and maintenance manuals.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling vendors, tracking inventory and managing make‑ready timelines.
