Maintenance Supervisor – Museum Tower

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the technical and mechanical upkeep of Museum Tower, ensuring that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform routine and corrective maintenance across all interior and exterior areas of the community.
• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and local codes.
• Manage on‑call and weekend availability to address urgent service requests.
• Coordinate capital projects and supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a residential or commercial property.
• Background in capital project management; CPO certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Availability Monday‑Friday with on‑call and weekend responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Realpage OneSite, Yardi and Ops Tech property‑management platforms.
• Capital Project Management expertise.
• CPO certification (or intent to become certified).
