Maintenance Supervisor – Harpeth Heights Community

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all technical and mechanical work for the Harpeth Heights community, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues and perform repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination and final quality checks.
• Develop and enforce standards for the appearance and upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, breezeways, signage, parking areas and other shared spaces.
• Inspect work performed by team members, contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with quality and scope specifications.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, collaborating with the Community Manager to stay within budget.
• Support monthly preventive maintenance programs and assist with on‑call rotations as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in a residential community.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and supervise a small maintenance crew.
