About the role
The Luxury Graphic Designer will create visual concepts that inspire consumers while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all Ralph Lauren touchpoints. This role blends creative ideation with execution across print, digital, and experiential media.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language for all creative assets, ensuring strong brand alignment.
- Produce new concepts, reference materials, and swipe files for image and video development.
- Create layouts and crops for social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, adhering to current trends and best practices.
- Support pre‑production of campaign shoots, develop toolkits, and assist Art Directors in concept planning.
- Collaborate with Creative Leadership, Art Directors, Copywriters, Project Managers, and Producers to deliver integrated creative output.
- Design print advertising layouts for magazines and out‑of‑home placements while adhering to brand standards.
- Proofread and review all creative work to ensure accuracy and high quality.
Required profile
- Professional experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion or a creative agency.
- Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.

What we offer
- Competitive salary range of $71,500 – $142,150 annually
