About the role

We are looking for a motivated Live Chat Support Specialist to join our Quality Floor Service team in Houston. The role focuses on delivering fast, accurate assistance to customers through our live‑chat platform, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat.
• Use product knowledge and company resources to provide accurate answers.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and flag recurring issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Suggest improvements to the chat support process.

Required profile

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in live chat or online support.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong typing speed and familiarity with chat software.
• Ability to multitask across multiple chat conversations.
• Good problem‑solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays.
