Line Producer, Production Management

About the role

The Line Producer will lead video production across multiple Condé Nast brands, ensuring operational excellence and fiscal discipline while delivering high‑quality digital content for a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and develop Production Managers to meet departmental goals and corporate standards.
• Act as the central liaison between brands, programming, talent management, finance, and external vendors to meet tight publishing deadlines.
• Oversee end‑to‑end production finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, payroll, invoices, and travel & entertainment reporting.
• Coordinate production logistics such as talent, crew, equipment sourcing, booking, onboarding, and wrap deliverables.
• Handle legal agreement workflow, vetting deal terms, and ensuring contract compliance throughout production.
• Address production issues promptly, including insurance risk assessments, permitting, rights, compliance, and release matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing production teams and supervising direct reports.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership to flag and resolve bottlenecks.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce fiscal discipline and maintain operational accountability.
• Experience navigating cross‑functional collaboration across brands, finance, and external partners.
• Capability to manage legal, compliance, and risk‑related aspects of production.
