Leasing Professional – South Palm Community

About the role

We are looking for a Leasing Professional to join the South Palm community in Daly City. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to maximize occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and provide exceptional customer service throughout the resident lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail or customer‑service environments, handling multiple prospects and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and guide customers through leasing decisions.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
