Leasing Professional – Sierra Pines Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional for Sierra Pines will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing process. This full‑time, on‑site position works within a vibrant community to attract new residents, support current tenants, and ensure smooth move‑ins and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and manage resident documentation.
• Assist existing residents with lease renewals and address any concerns to promote retention.
• Collaborate with property management to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Goal‑driven mindset focused on achieving occupancy and revenue objectives.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or property‑management experience preferred.
