About the role
We are seeking a Leasing Professional for the Prose Anna Town Square community in Anna, Texas. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents throughout the leasing cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Manage lease renewals and maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Required profile
- Ability to perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Strong attention to detail for application processing and apartment inspections.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with prospects and residents.
