Leasing Professional – Monterey Townhome & Pacific Vista

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Monterey Townhome and Pacific Vista communities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, ensuring a smooth leasing process and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform occupancy strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and leasing activity.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or related real‑estate experience.
• Ability to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.

Required skills

• Experience with Knock platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Familiarity with Reputation software.
• Knowledge of property management systems such as OneSite or Yardi.
