Leasing Professional – Legacy at Wakefield

About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead the marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for the Legacy at Wakefield community in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention by managing the full leasing cycle and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout their tenancy.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate lease signings.
- Maintain resident relationships, address inquiries and support lease renewals.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekend coverage.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
- Attention to detail in processing applications and documentation.
- Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals in a stabilized community.
