Leasing Professional – Las Vegas Grand

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Las Vegas Grand community. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease signing and move‑in, while supporting renewal efforts to retain residents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Inspect units before move‑in to confirm they meet readiness standards.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention targets.
• Provide ongoing resident support throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospects.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing and unit inspections.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals through proactive leasing activities.
• Excellent communication skills for tours, negotiations, and resident interactions.
