Leasing Professional – Las Vegas Grand

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Las Vegas Grand community. This role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease documents, and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in, verify readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via platforms like Craigslist, Facebook, and email.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track unit availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units and community spaces to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to qualify and engage prospective residents.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, credit screening, and lease documentation.
• Awareness of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leasing activities and maintain property standards.
