Leasing Professional – Lakeshore Pearl

About the role

The Leasing Professional at Lakeshore Pearl will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle. You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and ensure a seamless experience from tour to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm move‑in readiness.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage renewal negotiations.
• Achieve community occupancy and revenue targets through proactive leasing activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• Prior experience in leasing, property management, or sales.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
