Leasing Professional – Brewerytown Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for its Brewerytown community in Philadelphia. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, showing apartments, and processing applications.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident and prospect data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage leasing paperwork, move‑in packages, and renewal processes.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Proactive approach to marketing, including digital outreach and community events.
