Leasing Manager – Stockwell

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead the marketing, sales, and leasing activities for the Stockwell community. You will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic advertising, pricing, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing, concessions, and incentive strategies.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns using digital tools and the company’s property management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness, conduct inspections, and enhance unit presentation through merchandising techniques.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams and achieving occupancy goals.
• Strong understanding of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Ability to set rent pricing, concessions, and develop effective marketing plans.
• Experience working with property management software and generating performance reports.
