Lead SAP Ariba Consultant

About the role

As a Lead SAP Ariba Consultant at Infosys, you will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering best‑fit SAP Ariba solutions while adhering to Infosys development standards. You will also lead knowledge‑transfer activities to ensure lasting value for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional discovery and gap‑analysis to map existing supplier portal capabilities to SAP Ariba CRE, SCC and SBN functions.
• Configure and stand up SAP Ariba CRE and SCC environments, leveraging out‑of‑the‑box features before recommending customisations.
• Drive the migration from SNC to Ariba SBN, including supplier data migration, transaction history mapping and business‑process alignment.
• Define and execute supplier enablement and onboarding strategies, coordinating with supplier‑facing teams.
• Collaborate with the BTP workstream to design integration touchpoints, APIs or event‑driven interfaces between Ariba and SAP BTP extensions.
• Develop functional design specifications, configuration workbooks and test scripts aligned to solution design standards.
• Lead system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all CRE/SCC/SBN scope.
• Support de‑commissioning of legacy Liferay/SNC environments and provide detailed documentation for post‑engagement operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including extensive work with SAP Ariba.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
