About the role
The Key Account Manager (Prestige) will own the strategic relationship with Ulta Beauty for Puig’s prestige brand portfolio in the United States. Reporting to the Key Account Director, you will develop and execute account strategies that drive brand visibility, sales growth, and profitability across Ulta’s omnichannel ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Ulta Beauty, building strong relationships to drive brand performance.
- Develop and execute tailored business plans, joint business planning and annual forecasts.
- Lead event planning, field‑team coordination and execution of launches, promotions and exclusives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, e‑retail, demand planning, visual merchandising, finance) to ensure seamless activation of initiatives.
- Support assortment planning, planogram (POG) development and secondary placements.
- Manage POS allocations, pricing, promotions and product placement negotiations with Ulta merchants.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, key metrics and initiative outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales, planning or key account management within beauty, luxury or consumer retail.
- Proven experience managing Ulta Beauty or similar specialty retail accounts.
- Demonstrated success working with prestige beauty brands.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
