Junior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

FirmPilot is seeking a motivated Junior Full‑Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of AI‑powered marketing technology. You will work alongside a high‑performing engineering team in a fast‑moving startup, contributing to real production systems from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support new features for both frontend and backend applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams on new initiatives.
• Build and maintain APIs, internal tools, and user‑facing experiences.
• Debug issues, improve performance, and enhance system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions.
• Learn and apply modern engineering best practices in a production environment.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of software engineering experience, internships, or equivalent hands‑on development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Interest in AI‑powered products and emerging technologies.

Required skills

• JavaScript and TypeScript.
• React or Next.js for frontend development.
• .NET or Node.js for backend development.
• Understanding of APIs and databases.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS (a plus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code practices.
