Junior Account Executive

About the role

The Junior Account Executive supports the growth of Guess’s international licensed business by coordinating product assortments, assisting market needs, and ensuring brand standards across global regions. This role works closely with the Global Buying team and regional licensees.

Key responsibilities

• Support GUESS, GUESS Jeans, Marciano, Kids, and Active/Underwear/Lingerie lines in assigned territories.
• Prepare and set up showrooms for seasonal collections and present lines to regional partners.
• Collaborate with Global Buying to align regional assortments with seasonal direction and brand standards.
• Collect, organize, and process purchase orders from accounts.
• Review post‑market assortments for manufacturing territories.
• Distribute tech packs and manage TOP sample quality checks.
• Identify market opportunities, assist with assortment optimization, and contribute to merchandising strategies.
• Analyze sales data, participate in monthly licensee calls, and help create action plans.
• Serve as day‑to‑day contact for licensees, ensuring consistency in presentation, pricing, and positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and external partners.
