Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist – Electronic Warfare

About the role

You will join the Multi‑Spectral Electronic Warfare Systems Division within the Spectrum Warfare Department, providing interdisciplinary engineering and scientific expertise for cutting‑edge EW solutions. The position supports both domestic and international partners throughout the system lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define requirements and develop maintenance test products for Electronic Warfare systems.
• Provide technical expertise across the system lifecycle, including evaluation, software development, and test analysis.
• Manage multi‑million‑dollar program portfolios, overseeing budget planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Consult with international and industry partners on system integration, fault analysis, and flight‑line test requirements.
• Lead and mentor multi‑disciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and achieve mission‑critical milestones.
