About the role
Job Duck is looking for a bilingual Intake and Reception Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients. This remote, full‑time position works Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑6 PM EST, and focuses on delivering professional, courteous service while managing client intake and scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound daytime phone calls, acting as the primary receptionist.
- Gather, document, and enter accurate client information into CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with the remote team.
- Maintain positive client relationships and ensure a smooth intake experience.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Experience in administrative or intake workflows.
- Comfortable handling a moderate volume of daily calls.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction‑free remote environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Lawmatics and Clio Manage.
- Experience using VoIP platforms like Zoom Phone.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
