Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Distribution

About the role

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a SunSource company, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support customers in industrial distribution. The role involves handling inbound calls, processing orders, and collaborating with outside sales to ensure excellent account management.

Key responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by answering incoming calls, solving problems, entering orders and completing follow‑up procedures.
• Turns product inquiries into orders, suggests accessories or replacement items, and writes bids and quotations when appropriate.
• Documents all customer contact and sales activities in the ACS system and updates the database.
• Communicates with Outside Sales to ensure coordinated account management and supports them in implementing sales and marketing plans.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven sales or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to address customer concerns and move them toward commitment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, fast learner, persuasive, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
