HVAC New Construction Warranty Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Warranty Service Technician for new construction projects in New Port Richey. Join the family‑owned R.J. Kielty Plumbing, Heating and Cooling team, a top‑rated workplace with over 50 years of history.

Key responsibilities

• Perform first‑startups and warranty inspections on new construction HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot issues, replace parts, and complete minor punch‑out work.
• Handle range venting final connections when required.
• Maintain a schedule with no nights, weekends, or on‑call duties.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
• Own all necessary tools and possess a clean driving record (age 21+).
• Ability to read and write blueprints and work independently.
• Commitment to punctuality, site cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.

Required skills

• Blueprint reading
• Air‑conditioner diagnosis, repair and installation
• HVAC system troubleshooting
• Use of standard HVAC service tools
