Housekeeper – South Side on Lamar (Dallas, TX)

About the role

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and common‑area amenities to enhance property appeal.

Key responsibilities

• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, rest‑room facilities, model units, amenities and vacant apartments daily or as directed.
• Refresh vacant homes and show units throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Assist in the make‑ready process by performing duties requested by the Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Report any hazards or dangerous situations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when re‑order is needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
