Household Manager & Family Assistant – West LA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica

About the role

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive Household Managers and Family Assistants to support families across West LA, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support, with occasional childcare duties.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset: light tidying, kitchen clean‑up, and organizing common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, groceries, pantry staples, and restocking of supplies.
• Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, deliveries, and home‑maintenance providers.
• Handle errands such as returns, post office, pharmacy pickups, and online orders.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals, assist with weekly meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children and support family scheduling, appointments, and travel preparation.
• Provide optional childcare support, including school or activity pickups and occasional date‑night or afternoon care.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable, proactive and able to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Warm, respectful, and able to build trust with adults and children.
• Tech‑comfortable, familiar with Google Calendar, Amazon ordering and shared family apps.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated as requested.
