Household Manager & Family Assistant – Washington

About the role

We are actively recruiting experienced, reliable, and proactive House Managers & Family Assistants to support families across Washington. The role focuses on keeping households running smoothly through organization, light home care, family logistics, and meal support.

Key responsibilities

• Daily home reset, light tidying, kitchen clean‑up and organization of common spaces.
• Manage household inventory, groceries, pantry staples and coordinate with cleaners, vendors and maintenance providers.
• Plan and prep simple, healthy meals, grocery shopping and pack snacks or lunches for school‑aged children.
• Provide optional childcare support such as school pickups, occasional date‑night assistance and engaging children in activities.

Required profile

• Organized, dependable and proactive with the ability to anticipate family needs.
• Calm under pressure, warm and respectful, able to build trust with adults and children.
• Tech‑comfortable using tools like Google Calendar and shared family apps.
• Reliable transportation, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check.
• Maintain a smoke‑free environment and be vaccinated as requested by the family.
