House Manager & Family Assistant with Meal Prep Expertise

About the role

This part‑time position supports a busy family of four in Park City, Utah. The House Manager & Family Assistant will keep the home organized, prepare meals, and provide occasional childcare and pet care, helping the family enjoy more quality time together.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily resets, light tidying, and maintain organization systems throughout the home.
• Prepare five healthy dinners per week, handle grocery shopping, and restock pantry items.
• Manage laundry, children’s school uniforms, and occasional ironing or special garment care.
• Run errands such as donation drop‑offs, dry‑cleaning pickup, and supply restocking.
• Provide midday walks for a senior dog and occasional pet care.
• Assist with light supervision or backup childcare, including date‑night support and travel assistance.
• Support seasonal home transitions, packing/unpacking for travel, and coordinate vendor quotes for repairs.

Required profile

• Proactive, self‑directed professional who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing changing priorities.
• Warm, patient, and comfortable around children and pets, with a genuine love for animals.
• Reliable transportation, authorized to work in the United States, and able to maintain a smoke‑free environment.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not already certified.
