Hotel General Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth through innovative ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations and ensure high service quality.
• Manage HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, coaching, counseling, and performance management.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and repeat business.
• Build strong relationships with guests and foster a culture of hospitality excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high standards of service.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation.
