Head of Professional Services and Operations

About the role

Arbolus is seeking a senior operational leader to scale its US delivery hub from 25 to over 100 professionals. You will inherit an existing team and platform, professionalize the operation, and drive higher client impact for its strategic international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the hub’s headcount from 25 to 100+ while maintaining delivery quality.
• Design and execute hiring, organisational design, and capability‑building plans.
• Strengthen the management layer by identifying, promoting, and developing team leads and middle managers.
• Evolve hiring standards, onboarding processes, and career paths to ensure consistent quality.
• Build a culture of accountability, intellectual rigour, and client‑centricity.
• Own the operational P&L of the hub and drive commercial outcomes.
• Ensure speed, quality, and impact of research and expert‑network projects for US clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling professional services or operations teams in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong P&L ownership and ability to set delivery standards across multiple client segments.
• Track record of developing managers and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Excellent client‑orientation and ability to translate strategic goals into operational execution.
