Head of Admissions – Lead Enrollment Experience

About the role

Alpha is building a forward-thinking school framework that blends rigorous academics with technology-enabled instruction. As Head of Admissions you will own the end-to-end enrollment journey, ensuring each family fully understands the model and that enrollment decisions reflect genuine alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete enrollment experience from initial inquiry through onboarding.
• Conduct consultative conversations to evaluate family-school fit before advancing candidates.
• Manage 20+ concurrent family engagements across all enrollment phases, maintaining transparent progress tracking.
• Coordinate campus visits, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that articulate outcomes and expectations.
• Maintain accurate CRM and enrollment records in HubSpot and the Student Information System (SIS) to support forecasting and task prioritisation.

Required profile

• Experience in high-calibre service sectors such as independent schools, competitive admissions programs, luxury services, executive operations, high-end membership communities, or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client experiences with discretion, precision and consistency.
• Commitment to upholding standards over volume and to advising against enrollment when fit is not optimal.
