Guest Experience Manager

About the role

A company that provides fundraising solutions for nonprofits and schools through luxury travel experiences is seeking a Guest Experience Manager. The role involves managing personalized travel journeys for Charity Trip Winners and ensuring a seamless experience from initial planning through post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with Charity Trip Winners by email and phone to coordinate travel arrangements.
• Manage complete itineraries, including flights, activities, tours, dining, and accommodations.
• Coordinate schedules with travel vendors and internal teams.
• Collect guest feedback and identify ways to improve travel experiences.
• Research and arrange additional services, upgrades, and special requests.
• Provide concierge‑level support during trips and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain guest information and update CRM records, including HubSpot.
• Support booking‑team projects and collaborate through digital platforms.
• Participate in team meetings and company collaboration activities.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer service experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
• Experience in travel, product development, design, or consumer experience is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of guest experience management, customer service operations, itinerary planning, vendor coordination, CRM systems, and remote collaboration tools.
