Groundskeeper/Porter – Heartwood at Lockwood Glen

About the role
The Groundskeeper/Porter will ensure that the physical aspects of the Heartwood community at Lockwood Glen are well‑maintained, keeping the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal in excellent condition while supporting the service team.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the community throughout the day, removing litter, debris and pet droppings to keep all common areas and amenities clean and presentable.
- Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or designated storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Complete minor and routine service requests assigned by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager and assist the make‑ready specialist as needed.
